HOLE FULL OF LOVE – A Tribute to 70’s AC / DC … the ultra-powerful, authentic stage show of the band, which has consistently committed itself to the rock’n’roll beginnings of the earlier AC / DC years, repeatedly causes bewilderment.
In the beginning, the band played bar after bar and club after club, right up to the best rock establishments and festivals. It is understandable that Dave Evans (co-founder and ex-singer of AC / DC) chose HOLE FULL OF LOVE as a backing band, well-known magazines such as Rock Hard and Metal Hammer reported about them and they took the stage together with bands such as The Sweet, Axxis and others shared. Skunk Anansie guitarist Martin Kent (Ace) and Accept guitarist Herman Frank (both producers are considered icons of recent rock history) discovered these “talented rock epigones” (FAZ) in Great Britain at the world’s largest AC / DC convention in Wrexham and produced the debut LP with original compositions recorded under the name HOLEFULL.
In the course of this CD production, HOLE FULL OF LOVE followed as a tribute
Band support gigs under the name HOLEFULL e.g. for Rose Tattoo. They were also used as support after a successful Foreigner / European tour
as a heat-up for the Foreigner / Greatest Hits Tour in December 2007 on request
the rock titans posted.
So now a band that has gained international attention.
