In parallel with the large-format stage creation of the opera La Suspendida,  KILTER offers a concert of titles from this project, arranged for drum trio, electric bass and bass saxophone. In the style of “Four Sea Interludes from Peter Grimes” , by composer Benjamin Britten,  KILTER offers here to discover the very essence of their compositions.
The jazz metal of Laurent David, Kenny Grohowski and Ed Rosenberg III fuses drones, blasts, riffs, patterns to create a unique sound experience.

Kilter is a trio based in Brooklyn and created by bassist Laurent David in 2018. The group has since released a first antonymous EP in 2018 which won the Independent Music Award in New York in the Jazz EP category, the album AXIOM in 2020, a second EP entitled SYS, and finally the Opera La Suspendida with soloist Andromeda Anarchia, the Growlers Choir and the string quartet SEVEN)SUNS (released March 15, 2024 ). Drawing on these different repertoires, the trio has performed on stage in France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, India, Canada and the USA.
