Wupp – the melancholy cheerful natures Gerd Köster and Frank Hocker with their ninth stage program “Wupp”.
In September 2018 they were awarded the “Liederpreis 2018” in Mainz by a jury from public broadcasters in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
In addition to Köster / Hocker songs, the new program consists of kölschen cover versions from their favorite songs.
From Bonnie “Prince” Billy to Ray Davis, Rod Steward, Iggy Popp and Tom Waits and Frank Zappa.
