This summer, we present a series of jazz concerts in an intimate, special setting: the Lumière Jazz Nights. In collaboration with double bass player Peter Willms, and starting July 28th, we transform our restaurant into an atmospheric jazz club five Tuesday nights in a row.

Jo Didderen & La Demi Equipe – Herbie Hancock Tribute

On April 12 of this year, jazz legend Herbie Hancock turned 80. To celebrate this joyous event, the Dream Equipe by double bass player Jo Didderen pays tribute to this Great Inspirator. In addition to the concerts, an album – “Our Point Of View” – will be released later this year, with a repertoire by the ever youthful pianist / composer Hancock. Of course with hits like “Watermelon Man”, but also more unknown work such as the beautiful ballad “Jessica” and a personal aubade from band leader Didderen, “La Jeunesse”.
