As adventurous as it may be, the Manolo Cabras quartet is composed of four unique musicians who share their roots in traditional jazz.

Jean Paul Estiévenart , Nicola Andrioli and Marek Patrman are undoubtedly among the best on the current Belgian jazz scene.

In Cabras’ compositions, they are invited to a continuous search within a bold structure where tradition is never far away, but where it is questioned and explored with joy.

This group makes jazz resonate strongly while remaining surprisingly fresh.

He evokes Miles, Coltrane or Ornette in his concept of swing while revealing a wide spectrum of colors through the expressive melodies of Manolo Cabras.
