Curious about Yoga?
Not sure how and where to start?
On Tuesday the 15th of June we can practice Spine Yoga together outdoor at Fatimapleinin Maastricht!
The introduction class is open to all level.
Feel welcome to join us for only € 8,00.
Don’t forget to bring your own yogamat and please reserve your place under the event!
Our meeting point is the parking place of the church. I will be there from 08:50, please come at least 5 minutes before so we can start on time.

The general idea behind Spine Yoga is simple: It teaches and prepares the body for all the general elements that different styles of yoga practice include. Starting already from the very first lesson Spine Yoga:
• Helps to balance out the uneven and therefore unhealthy body postures
• Strengthens our ‘core muscles’ that are often weak or unused!
• Restores the energy levels within our bodies
• Helps to cope with stress and anxiety
• Improves the quality of our sleeping time
• Creates self-awareness, -acceptance and -confidence
My personal aim and passion is to introduce all the incredible benefits yoga can provide. When practiced, yoga can achieve miracles!
