Lanterns, music, stalls, snacks & drinks and fun in the streets of Wyck. During the Route du Soleil on 18 and 19 June, the summer is festively ushered in here. This year too, Centrummanagement Maastricht, Wyck Promotion and the Wyck entrepreneurs will jointly create a summery atmosphere.

Two days of fun
Like last year, Route du Soleil will take place all weekend. On Saturday from 12:00 pm and on Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A cheerful drink in front of the door, a summer giveaway, request pictures in a catering business, fashion presentations, tastings and much more; Wyck’s entrepreneurs come up with original promotions and activities. From the station to the bridge, from the Griend to the Ruiterij and everything in between!

A dance on the route? Should work! In addition to music that moves through the streets, you will encounter various live bands along the way, including at café Zondag, Servaas café and de Poshoorn. At BIKKE, ‘t Wycker Cabinet and Bar Brutal, various DJs provide tasty summer beats and the entrepreneurs themselves also play fun tunes.

Do you need fun tips and inspiration for summer crafts with kids? Join the workshops at Pipoos in the Wycker Brugstraat. Let the little ones surprise you by the street performers, get a nice ice cream or take the best photos in the craziest places.
