As part November Jazz Month, Heerlen Cultuurhuis & Heerlen Jazz Foundation present:

Since Heerlen Jazz’s existence, the Young Jazz Night has been a regular part of Heerlen Jazzt. A number of young musicians within the current Limburg and Dutch jazz scene have left their first footsteps on the stage of the Cultuurhuis during the Young Jazz Night. A permanent part of the program is the performance of The SlimVitzkids, the pleasant learning orchestra that is causing a furore everywhere under the inspiring leadership of Marc Huynen. Participants from previous editions of the Eujazz Young Talent Award will also return and make music together. The Young Jazz Night is a discovery for both the public and the young musicians and always surprising.
