In this workshop, we will learn about the various disciplines of yoga. After a proper definition, we will take a look at the different areas yoga is connected with. Of course, we won’t only focus on theory, it will also be linked to some practical exercises. Very fast you will understand that yoga is much more a complete lifestyle rather than only physical exercise.
Are you curious? Great! So let’s explore it together! We would be happy to welcome you on Sunday 27th of September 2020 at 12 noon at InnBetween. All you need is comfortable clothing and if you have, please bring your mat. If not, we will have a spare one for you. Be prepared for around 3 hours filled with information as well as dynamic activities. In the end, we invite you to stay for some snacks and exchange with other participants.
We are going to be guided through this day by Ronja Kropp. She has completed a yoga teachers’ training in Kenya and obtained a certificate in Hatha yoga. Ronja is a passionate practitioner who loves to share her knowledge and experiences with others. Besides she just started her Master in Global Health at Maastricht University. With this background, she is also going to tell us a lot about the health benefits of yoga.
