- Visit the venue as usual and enjoy your meal or drinks specified in the deal.
- Show your digital Maastrichter Card (with barcode) to the staff before paying.
- The venue checks that your membership is active and applies the agreed discount or benefit to your bill.
You can use your card as often as you like, according to the rules of each partner offer.
How do I get the Maastrichter Card?
Getting your Maastrichter Card only takes a few minutes:
- Go to the Maastrichter Card page on maastrichter.com.
- Choose your plan: click on the monthly or yearly subscription option.
- If you don’t have an account yet, create a user profile with your email address and details.
- Follow the checkout steps to complete your payment securely.
- After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your membership details and instructions to access your digital Maastrichter Card.
How do I get my digital card and barcode?
After you complete your membership purchase:
- You receive a confirmation email with instructions to access your digital Maastrichter Card.
- You can also log in on https://maastrichter.com/login/ and go to your member area.
- At the bottom of the member area, under “Member Links”, click “View and Print Membership Card”. There you will see your digital card with barcode.
We recommend that you:
- Print your membership card or
- Take a screenshot of it
either monthly or yearly, depending on your membership type, so you always have an up-to-date card and barcode ready on your phone or in your wallet.
How many people does the discount apply to?
In most cases, the Maastrichter Card discount is applied to the entire table, as long as at least one guest presents an active membership card.
However, because each partner venue sets its own specific conditions:
- Some venues may limit the discount to a maximum number of guests per card.
- Others may apply the discount only to the cardholder’s individual share of the bill.
We strongly recommend that you read the specific deal details for each restaurant on our website before your visit, or simply ask the staff when you arrive.
Can I share my card with friends or family?
No, the Maastrichter Card is a personal membership:
- It is linked to one person and one account.
- The card is registered under your name, and the venue may ask to see your ID for confirmation.
- You may not share, resell, or lend your card to others.
Most venues extend the benefit to people who are dining with you, but the card and membership itself remain personal.
Are there blackout dates or time restrictions?
The Maastrichter Card is designed to be flexible, and many offers have no blackout dates.
However:
- Some venues may set time or day restrictions (for example only valid on weekdays, certain hours or not valid on certain holidays).
- Any such conditions will be mentioned on the individual partner page.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time:
- Go to maastrichter.com and click “Log In”.
- Open your “Membership Account” section.
- Under “My Memberships” click on “Cancel ” and confirm.
Important:
- Your membership usually remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for (current month or year).
- After that, it will not renew automatically.

What happens to my benefits after I cancel?
- You can continue to use your Maastrichter Card until the end of your current billing period.
- After that date:
- Your membership will show as inactive,
- Your digital card and barcode will no longer provide access to discounts and events.
If you change your mind later, you can rejoin by choosing a plan again through the website.
