In the new Michelin guide, there are no changes for the Maastricht restaurants that were already included last year. That means that Beluga Loves You, Rantrée and Tout á Fait all keep their one star status.

Of course they are currently closed due to the pandemic but all are offering ‘dine at home’ menus worth checking out.

A massive eighteen restaurants are mentioned in the Michelin guide including: Tabkeaw, Restaurant 55, L’Auberge de Nercanne, Kruisherenrestaurant, Novo and Umami. 

Confirming that Maastricht is a great place for foodies! 

No further Maastricht eateries have been added to this list. However, former Beluga chef Hans van Wolde has two stars with his new restaurant Brut172 in Reijmerstok.
