Gizmo Varillas, a Spanish singer-songwriter based in the UK, has created a unique sound that combines his wide range of musical influences and instruments. With a message that will resonate with many, he blends Marley-esque lyrics with Paul Simon melodies, Frusciante guitars and numerous Latin and African influences. After his third album, ‘Out Of The Darkness’, he entered the global indie scene.
His music has been featured in hit series on Netflix and Apple TV+, and he has worked on albums such as Jack Savoretti’s ‘Europiana’. Gizmo is currently working on a new album; more news to come soon. On May 4th in Muziekgieterij!
