Balkan Trafik! returns to Brussels for a 14th edition from April 23 to 26. For the first time, the festival celebrating the culture of the countries of south-eastern Europe will be held at La Madeleine on April 25. Concerts, dance, gastronomy and unusual encounters on the menu!

Goran Bregović & his Wedding and Funeral Orchestra mix gypsy brass with percussion, Bulgarian polyphonies with a male choir, a section of strings with electronic programming … Dressed in white, sitting between his amplifier and his computer, a guitar electric by hand. For over twenty years, Goran Bregović and his wedding and burial orchestra have traveled all the continents of the world as part of an endless tour that has totaled more than 3000 shows to date. For Balkan Trafik! the master, Goran Bregovic, will offer a Best Of career for more than 2.5 hours. For the occasion, twenty young artists of all ages and from all over the region will join him on stage.

Gipsy Groove, formed in 2010, plays authentic Roma music from the Balkans, mixed with other musical influences such as jazz, reggae, funk, ska, drums and bass, etc. Gipsy Groove is the only band in Kosovo to play this kind of music. Gipsy Groove is the guarantee of an impressive spectacle in which no one is forgotten. Their performances are charismatic, energetic and often improvised. The members of the group are of diverse ethnic origins and they bring in their performances their cultural diversity as well as their interest in human rights and peace.
