Happy 250th Birthday Beethoven! Celebrate Beethoven’s Birthday together with philharmonie zuidnederland. A night filled with music he would have wanted to hear at his own party! ‘Happy Beethoven’ presents a cheerful version of him including a reconstructed (and therefore brand new!) Oboe Concerto and along with one of his masterpieces: Piano Concerto no 2. Special guests at Beethoven’s party: our chief conductor Dmitri Liss, the American pianist Nicolas Angelich and our own oboist Roger Cramers.

So, make a toast to Beethoven with an ice cold beer: De Hooge Noot and support freelance musicians!
